One things for certain, if there ever was an NDA it must have expired, if it hadn't he wouldn't be able to tweet about it at all. With that being the case, I hope he comes out and gives a proper update. For example, the comments made by Methven keep mentioning investment; that's fine but what we all want to know is whether it is MSD they are still talking to about investment or whether they've gone and we're talking to others. Instead of just "we can't force people to spend their money" (which we all know) how about a very rough idea of when they'd expect to reach an agreement, is it just that they're thinking it over, is there still stuff to address? They've said it won't affect spending or anything this season, which is fair enough, but it would be nice to know when we're likely to be able to put it to bed once and for all
