Surely the fact theres a meeting tomorrow would show nixon is wrong in saying the deal was dead and the Americans have walked away, unless theyve told him and not donald obviously i have no idea what state the deal is in but if i were to guess id say some issues with the deal have come up one being the team's current form. Given donalds comments it sounded like he knew about the trouble but still hopes he can get the deal done, and it wouldnt surprise me if he feels the sacking of ross could help convince the americans the team can turn the team around

It might come out in time mate, there's very little interpretation to it and if it does come out it'll be obvious that he put SAFC first, but obviously you've got no reason to believe me. I just don't like seeing loads (not you particularly mind) calling him greedy and sticking the boot in when that isn't accurate at all. He's definitely got his faults, he's made bad decisions, but some of the stuff is well wide of the mark

Even live on TV you don’t get half the picture of being at a game, that follows the ball and as much of the game is what lads are doing without it.

You don’t see runs, you don’t see instructions, leadership or making space.

This is where we had people defending Ross as he didn’t lose many. You had to see it unfolding to appreciate how dire it was.

 

He seemed to do nothing to prevent it either just stood there with hands in pocket or arms folded.

Some of the games we're absolutely dire as well even some of the wins which papered over the cracks. Probably only game we have truly battered someone I've seen this season would be Wimbledon.
