For the sane people on here, the post over the road is from a random who claims to know an ex player who apparently knew about maja.
About as reliable as me asking my dog what's happening.
For the record, my dog is asleep for a change and won't want distrubing until mid morning tomorrow (he likes his sleep)

I think the only news we're going to get regarding the takeover now is gonna come from the club. Whether it be good or bad but I honestly think, as Smug has said, we are far too far down the line now for this to fail.
For him to be getting info today about the badge, then a few hours later someone is now saying it's off seems a bit far stretched. It's a week tomorrow since SD said '1 to 2 weeks' and its been all quiet from the club. That's a good sign for me otherwise either party would have said it's gone pear shaped.

I suspect they’re just being careful. Looking into absolutely everything to make sure they don’t get any surprises the way Donald and Methven did - for instance Alvarez.
Exactly mate, if it takes 6 weeks it takes 6 weeks, if it takes 10 or more then so be it. Rather have careful owner/s than an Ashley who completely screwed up his due diligence and found mountains of crap once he'd sat in the chair.

The worry from me is that they get so sick of unveiling crap after crap they either just walk away or SD gets peed off and calls a halt to it.
SD knows that if he pulls the plug then all the goodwill shown to him will be gone.
this is our chance.
I believe both sides are too far down the helter skelter to turn round and go back.
If it goes through or is called off 95% of us will carry on supporting the useless twats as we always have done
