To be honest I don't know, I assume so.
Last log in was Fatty Balatty a couple of years ago.
Whilst I am sure I am not alone in wishing for good takeover news...
Bringing in a local lad, who has recently shown interest in running the club, is imho not a bad idea... it may well keep Donald and co on their toes, whilst the new owners have in a very modest way shown who is boss?
Ps does anyone else get bored by the posts about who is banned or not?
That's what I thought, but you wouldn't expect the Dell boys to know of O'Brien, so someone (presumably from the current regime ) must have recommended him.
It's not important I'm just curious that a new person has appeared as part of the management at such a crucial time in the whole process. I'm taking it as a positive, because it wouldn't have happened otherwise. I guess time will tell. Good luck to him!

@Smug in Boots no need to defend yourself marra, the people who snipe over on rtg are nothing other than jealous that others get info they don't, I honestly believe that to be the reason they attack anyone who posts bits and bobs. Those who want to hear it don't doubt the messenger, it's a nasty, snide place over there a lot of the time and has became a parody of a once great forum.

Exactly this. A lot of us migrated over here because of what was happening on RTG. Do we really need to bring it with us?
I can't understand the sniping - I am not ITK although I do know about takeovers etc. I have never really been bothered if an ITK is true or not. I enjoy reading that's all. In this instance Reiv and Grumpy have tried to keep us updated - if for any reason it didn't happen (I believe it will) then so be it. These posters are only trying to keep us updated - if they were "glory hunters" they wouldn't be following our shower of ****e would they
Seems to me that many on here would like a nice friendly atmosphere to be the general rule of posting, yet there are also many that seem determined to dig up grievances from RTG, if they’re not careful they will create a similar atmosphere to that which exists on RTG/SMB
Me and Grumpy both go to our matches, primarily away games in my case due to my location.
I've been going for 40 years so am very well known to the old regulars and quite recognisable, my photo is on both forums. I've personally met well over 200 people from both.
Can you imagine the risk involved in building up the hopes of hundreds of people, being found out and confronted at a match.

They wont. As has already been stated the mods on here take no crap and will boot them out pretty sharpish.
Trust me mate you’re not. Your updates on the takeover bring a lot of clarity. It’s the idiots who followed you over here who need to look at themselves.
