I thought I was onto something just now as the Grimsby game a week Tuesday has sold over 32,000 tickets already!

It's because they're not selling all sections so the website thinks the tickets sold are higher than they actually are, what a stupid git I am thinking it was some sort of full house game as they'd given 1,000's of tickets away for the takeover party!

I may have jumped the gun with pals and work colleagues believing this would have been done by now.
But good things come to those who wait. Lets hope we ain't waiting too much longer.

Although I've done my best to make it all fun, with a few embellishments and teasers, I've tried to post the actual info without breaking confidences. I've had to change locations, positions, etc, to protect people, but some choose to ignore that and discect every comma and apostrophe.
I was right about the facts I posted such as the deal being agreed, heads rolling, an ambassador being appointed, plane flights, etc.
My guesses on the announcement date were wrong but that applies to the media, fanzines, etc. Information was leaked, people like me posted it and then radio silence came down.
But, as I've always maintained, the deal is done and it'll be life changing ...

Personally, I think Pancho gets a lot of unwarranted stick.
He may be firm but I think is normally fair and always prepared to explain his actions if asked.
This is a total opposite to the behaviour of another mod who seems to believe he's a ninja by not allowing himself to be visable as he's wielding the ban hammer (never warnings) - I just see him as a cowardly rat!
He's also the mod that a certain poster used to say kept him informed about the contents of Roger's emails [in and out] but given that the poster who claimed that was a compulsive liar I not claiming that as a fact.

I've tried to keep it lighthearted and allow my confidence to reassure others, but I don't like all the attention.

... but all I've really done is pass on other people's info tbh which does nowt for me.

Pancho carries stupid grudges against certain people mate.
There's no reasoning with him but, if you're not on his list, you wouldn't know.
I can remember him posting twice that he couldn't stand Bristow and wanted him gone but had not worked out how to do it and then Streaker jumped in and gave him a lengthy [5 year?] ban which saved him the trouble of thinking any more about it, which would support your theory.
