Haha I was coming here to post what I'd said over there It was said yesterday early evening so possibly been mentioned before but still certainly interesting as first I've seen of it.

Be bloody typical, takeover gets announced this morning and world war 3 starts this afternoon

World War Z will break out in Newcastle, when our takeover's announced. Bins tipped, horses punched, phone boxes wrecked and black and white zombies shouting at shops. Happy days!

It's just been pointed out on RTG that the advert for the "Stewart Talk In" at the SOL on 11th October are referring to him as the Chairman of SAFC, not the owner!

It comes from Durham through to Sunderland. And vice versa. Allegedly.

My brother eventually got in touch with his mate (Nathan O’Brien) who confirmed he’s now on the board as a none executive director. Apparently they approached Gordon 1st but he’s to busy with the business. Nathan ran the waste management side but recently sold it to a national company for millions. Good lad with a good business head think he’s only 38yrs old. Asked about when it’s to be announced but even he didn’t know. Sure this is old news but just passing on what I’ve been told this morning.
