I'm trying to say that people calling out politicians for inaction doesn't normally provoke much of a reaction, especially when it's bipartisan criticism.

I've got a vegetable patch. I buy most of my food locally. ebay is my friend for 2nd hand clothes and shoes. I mainly eat fish that's been caught locally, vary rarely have meat tbh. I don't buy bottled water, I filter what comes out of the tap. I don't have central heating, I've got a burner that I use compressed sawdust blocks on.

I'm also involved in a few projects that promote and manage compostable packaging, tree planting and rewilding of low grade agriculture land.

Do I still have a carbon footprint ? Of course I do. I'm just trying to make some changes that I can.

I haven't seen anyone moaning abour Harvey Elliott being used for financial gain by his parents and they're the same age.

It's not so much about humidity mate, more that trees act as carbon sponges. And in as much, you're right they do impact on climate in a huge way.

As I said on the politics thread, If my 16 year old daughter was going round the world having amazing experiences and talking to world leaders instead of being in school, then I would be over the moon.

A. I don't think its appropriate a child is dictating to senior politicians. She's 16. Its ridiculous. Don't know naff all at 16.

B. It will muck her life up was all the attention she is getting worldwide - especially given her illnesses.
