We will probably be eating out on this result for years to come. Cannot see another Pompey derby outside of another cup draw.
If the result against Bolton is not expected, I think the taxi will be warming up outside for Kenny Jackett this weekend. No disgrace to Portsmouth losing to higher level opposition but maybe this result is indicative of how much work needs to be done at Fratton Park to salvage the season in the league. Getting promotion with Ipswich and Sunderland in the league was always going to make things difficult but tonight probably brought it home to the Fratton faithful that this is going to be a long season. Hopefully this result will kick start ours.

Probably needs a rest and a few cameo appearances to get his head back. The Saints Bar was great. Watched Saints demolish the Skates, had 2 drinks and a very nice curry all for a tenner. Can't argue with that.
