Probably scattering the ashes of someone who was a big Portsmouth fan. Weird time to do it, but maybe the club denied them the request in the past? I don't know if Portsmouth or other clubs offer that kinda of service. Kind of understand the logic but not sensible, but then grief isn't always sensible
