You put into words far better than I ever could, Cologne. Where we differ is that I believe, I truly believe, that once we rid ourselves of the shackles of the EU ( which you describe so beautifully) only then can we really start the struggle.

    I was hoping fo
We have not left yet there are promises galore flying around about billions for NHS , billions for the forces, education etc. That has nothing to do with the EU. Apparently we have that money to spend (unless it's more hulk lies) regardless of our membership of the EU

I was really hoping for a list of negative experiences that people suffer on a daily/weekly basis due to us being in the EU. Not out of sarcasm but actually to help my son with a homework he has been set. I've helped him with some positives but truly havent found one negative anywhere for him.

Once we leave the EU we will DEFINITELY have an extra 9 billion in the kitty.......then it’s up to us, the voters, to put in someone who will spend it wisely.

Good luck with that! I wouldn't trust Bojo or Corbyn, Swinson or Sturgeon, Farage or Lucas with the spare change down the back of my sofa let alone let them fritter away an extra £9.Bn on some project that'll probably never see the light of day

Appreciate it mate but it's not answering his question set. it's about personal effects of everyday life that people endure as being a member of the EU. I listed some positive things in a previous post that has actually happened to myself or my family due to being in the EU.

If it was my homework, then I would be putting down that things can and do effect us indirectly, though not always directly.

    He’ll get an A+ ;)

It's not the question though mate. It stresses 'not possible potentials' but actual experiences.

I thought it would be easy to be honest but I cant think of one negative thing that affects us (as in my family) due to our EU membership. It's a good job these kids ain't old enough to vote otherwise remain would win by a landslide!

Don't know if you meant the 90% of Labour members supporting Remain, but I've seen that a few places But Members not voters .

I didn’t mention Labour members. I said many ‘on the Left’.
Dunno how it operates in Norway, but here it’s voters that win elections.
