I was willing to give Ross another chance this year but he again is proving to me that he is a terrible manager especially offensively. Even if we turn this round I want him gone because he ain’t going to take us up and the longer we are down here the more we get stuck.

I agree it's not good enough but I don't think it's necessarily **** all over the manager bad. I really don't think a lot of our players are as good as people presumably think they are judging by what they expect of them.

Sounds like were having a few chances now. Might grab a point but it's just simply not enough. We have struggled to consistently win games at this level. Our recruitment was **** in the summer. We may not have had huge funds but we should have played the loan market. We've had a lack of pace for years and never addressed it. We have technically good players yes but are unable to stretch teams because of a lack of pace.

The results are poor, but beyond that the performances are dire. Even when we’ve won we’ve often been ****.
