We should've offered him a scouting role. The players he signed were outstanding. He was a fantastic player, but as you say, not so good a coach.

I saw Molbo signing Richie Appleby play (and lose ) for us at Rushden and Diamonds in 2003. RA was years ahead of his time, a serial sick noter which was almost unheard of back then.
