Well, we'll see Bob. At present, Labour are debating how to go forward. I think the most likely is a GE in November and thus an extension from the EU until January. If Labour leave it later, they'll be rightly accused of obfuscating.

But what I can't see is how Boris deals with this, as he won't want to go to the EU to get the extension. I think he'll do something more than just go along cap in hand but I don't know what

I'm assuming the Boris plan is May less backstop. And I assume his people are coming up with a proposal such as restricting the backstop to agricultural goods - I've seen this mooted. But no one knows, because Boris says he won't negotiate in public

Well wish he say that then
You are missing the point again The EU isn’t even negotiating there is just administrative meetings nothing else.

He hasn’t even started according to every newspaper and media in France here.

Sorry if Boris says that voted in by 169 blue cons then any sane person should see that is not representative on a crisis issue like we are currently facing

Brexit is out in the open now and the surge and unity is growing to stop this no deal this should show all of us that Brexit as said by all of us remainders is not really possible

    You were lied to

:emoticon-0100-smile I can see the entertainment factor. It's the political equivalent of Boris hanging on the zip wire with a union flag in each hand! But, as I say, a GE is a must now, and the opposition will suffer if it's seen to be playing fast and loose on this

Boris Liar calling the bill to stop a no deal a "surrender bill" reveals his head is still stuck in around 1939, not 2019.

Just seen today's news. Whether it is Johnson and Johnson or Milliband and Milliband, it seems being brothers in the cabinet together is a recipe for family tension.

How and where do you come to the conclusion that comrade Jezzbollah Corbynski is getting stronger by the minute, you’re delusional, Donald Trump is hated worldwide and he is more popular than Corbynski in the U.K., in fact if we had a GE with comrade Jezzbollah Corbynski leading Liebour I think they would seriously crash and burn and maybe never recover.

I voted labour right up until Tony.B.Liar and have vowed never to vote for them again especially with Corbynski in charge.
The rich may get richer under Tory rule but in my experience everybody and the country as a whole get a damn sight poorer every time labour are in power.

I thought Merkel gave Boris 30 days to come up with an alternative to the backstop. We're still in that period, aren't we?

Suppose it's all down to personal experiences. I was as a family much better off under labour as my wife had her DLA (now pip) removed by some ex dentist or or whatever she was as part of the Tory crackdown on the disabled. Despite having a diagnosis of MS and Lupus she was declared fit for work. What ****ing work? The Tories in my eyes are selfish and nasty. Oh and generally a set of ****ers. I suppose if I was well off and money wasnt an issue then I may vote for them but in reality, the poor get poorer, more food banks pop up on a daily basis, the cuts to social services etc etc etc the list is endless. Horrible party.

ITV reporting that Boris may break the law rather than approach the EU for an extension. Blimey

There are no young plasterers doing courses any more. Local colleges dont even run them due to lack of demand. Kids can make more selling drugs for a day!
I have 4 employees. 1 is Polish and by far the best worker out of the lot and I pay him the most. Never had a day off in the 2 years hes worked for me! 2 of the other lads generally blob every Monday due to weekend binges. Typical young british attitude up and down the country I'm afraid.
As for cash jobs, they started disappearing a few years ago. Everything is done by 'bacs' now.
Only the big billion pound companies get away with not paying the correct tax under this regime. The normal business has to pay full whack! Corruption yet again

Bob are there any opportunities for kids nowadays to take apprenticeships in plastering ? Just asking for the future as my two youngest are in absolutely no way academic and I’m thinking a trade might be the best way forward for them in the future.
I’m also seeing about these new T-Level course that are coming in next year....might be worth looking at I guess.
