Matthews was the next big thing when at Cardiff as a youngster, talk of him returning to Celtic this summer but would be a good squad player at Championship level..... very injury prone !!
Lee Bowyer has said that considering what has happened at Bury perhaps fans should reconsider their opinion on the Belgian and reconsider connecting with the Club again …. I will be returning for the Leeds game.
You won't regret it; the atmosphere is superb at The Valley. I have more respect for Bowyer saying what he did than for managers who use the media to pressurise the owner to give them more money. It's usually an excuse for failure- Billy Davies was a serial offender.
