Got to say I am not surprised. I think Man Utd will pip Liverpool to second this season. I still see City winning (again) but I think Utd will come good. Liverpool will finish closely behind and I see Spurs coming in fourth. Arsenal will be someway behind but I am not convinced that Chelsea will even finish sixth. They is too much rebuilding to be done with that squad and the financial restrictions will bite.

Can’t see United getting near Liverpool or Spurs across a season. They’ve not got much of a strike force in reality, despite today’s result. But then, people shouldn’t put too much stock on a single game at the start of the season

Really....I thought the first game was the most important predictor of the result after 38 games.
