Birmingham have signed Alvaro Gimenez from Almeria for 1.5m euros. According to the Birmingham live website Vassell is on his way to us: -
Isaac Vassell is on his way out of Birmingham City and it set to join Cardiff, according to reports.
The striker has been attracting interest all summer from the likes of former club Luton Town and Swansea City - but it's Neil Warnock's Bluebirds who have reportedly won the race to sign him.
According to The Sun , Championship big boys Cardiff have stumped up more money than others to land the 25-year-old.
The striker has endured an injury-plagued Blues career since signing back in 2017. He's scored just one goal and made just six starts in a Blues shirt after a horrific anterior cruciate ligament injury sustained just weeks after penning a four-year deal at St Andrew's.
It looks like he'll head to south Wales following Blues' capture of Spanish striker Alvaro Gimenez .
Clotet said: "Isaac travelled with us and is close to a move elsewhere, the Club notified me of that so we decided to take the option in taking him out of the matchday squad."
Apparently we are Championship big boys. Have they met Masky and Aber then?
Here's the Wiki on him. As I said yesterday, not very impressive.
