Well i thought Luvs food looked good, and i'm really not a fan of Indian scran, although i do eat it sometimes.

Suckys scran looked like a load of sandpaper. Veggie ****ing fingers ffs, and mini sweetcorn cobs, It's like a nightmare to me.

I gotta defend the veggie fingers tbh chap's, never had em before and granted I was starving but they were tasty, big chunky bits of carrot, peas onion, little finger of health they should be called.

Ps My chickens not done done yet, gone back in the oven:bandit:

Some veggie burgers are lovely tbh, those fingers were very nice, more a batter with bread crumbs than just bread crumbs, it made em real nice.

Saying that remided me of the chippy round bear my old place, its very popular cos the owner uses some kind of cornflour mix to dust over the chips before frying, they come out like they've been lightly battered, making them real crispy. I know it has to be more than just cornflour but that's all the **** will say when you aks him why they're so crispy <laugh>

Southern Italian bolagnaise tonight. It will be with spaghetti because that's what I have in.

Ragu or bolagnaise, same thing. I found a recipe that was from the south and discovered that it is the dairy region of Italy so they use butter instead of oil and add whole milk to dishes.
At the moment mine is quite dry and just cooking in a small amount of wine and tom puree, I'll add milk at the end to create a sauce.

Who told you all this bolloxs and Ragu and bolonaise is not the same thing! One is more meat based than the other.

Ragu is more meaty and hs more minced ingredients. It also has white wine and beef broth added and a little cream at the end to enrich the flavours.
