No mate.....you are wrong by suggesting ragu is the same as bolognese...they are not....and generally ragu is served with tagliatelle. To remind you of your words, you said 'Southern Italian bolagnaise tonight. It will be with spaghetti because that's what I have in.'

Luv's Mrs is waiting to eat........but he's saying no not yet as the food get's cold, I've got to get this right <laugh>

Tell yer what the Italian's do nice, pollo (chicken), some of the best chicken i ever had out there, marinated, have it with grilled vegetables. (pollo con verdure grigliate)

Sounds dull. The only thing Italy have ever produced of note is pizza. The rest of their food can do one. Their wine is ok though prefer French and their food.
