I thought Celtic were doing a "full" investigation? For the record, no I don't think that Celtic should interview victims, in fact, I find it incredible that Celtic can investigate a separate entity in the first place.
Celtic are not investigating CBC itself. They are looking into what happend at Celtic Football Club and if there are any links to crimes at CBC, Rangers, Dundee Utd or any other clubs that bred *****s.
