    Wait a second, Celtic called the police 2.5 years ago to say they were doing an investigation and the police were quite happy for Celtic to investigate the bits they wanted to do and for the police to do interviews?

    Frank Cairney was arrested in the 90s when he abused a kid on a CBC excursion to play in a US tourney. The kids family were asked to withdraw the charges and keep schtoom.

    When they got back to blighty Cairney left CBC for personal reason and went onto abuse kids at St Aloyisius BC in Uddingston.

    Celtic replaced Cairney with Gerrard King, currently serving time at her majesty's pleasure for sexual crimes against children.

    Of course all that could just be scurrilous accusations.

    But it's not.

    Naw. A Scottish kid was abused by a Scottish man in America. No charges were filed as far as I'm aware but Celtic are going to go bankrupt because the American judicial system are chasing them.

    I thought Celtic were doing a "full" investigation? For the record, no I don't think that Celtic should interview victims, in fact, I find it incredible that Celtic can investigate a separate entity in the first place.

    Celtic are not investigating CBC itself. They are looking into what happend at Celtic Football Club and if there are any links to crimes at CBC, Rangers, Dundee Utd or any other clubs that bred *****s.

    Rangers have a history of employing *****s and had coaches working for all 3 "old firm" clubs.

    It will most likely be the police looking into that but Celtic will gather the information they have and pass it on.
