Just a quick question before I have another go at this stupid fixture, when was it arranged and has Radz stopped counting chickens yet.
We fooked things up at Easter, game was arranged long before then. We've seen all we are short of is a bit of quality, Costa will help, just some at the back needed.

Got to mention this again in case anyone missed the game & missed my comment about it earlier - scum changed their whole 11 at half time. Normally we're stronger in the second half as teams tire. The boot was on the other foot today as it was us that tired against a fresh team in the second half. Usual story in the first half, btw. We were all over them, but no end product.

Afraid I can't shed any light on the reasons behind such a stupid game, it does however prove that Radz doesn't care a fig about the history of the club, what on earth was he thinking about arranging a game against one of our traditional enemy's. Let's be honest we all knew what the result would be before a ball was even kicked.
I have no doubt that the scumers gained some benefit out of the game we got nowt just gave plenty of idiots another chance to have a go at LU.<steam>
We got a lot out of that game IMO,Showed where we need a bit of quality, getting it might be another problem, but better than spanking the likes of York and believeing all is well.

Thought he looked good, can see him being one of our best players this season.
I thought he looked very good, and given I've been a critic of him a lot last season, that's saying something! :)

But on balance, we've got to remember that inconsistency was his constant companion for the bulk of last season. Improved hugely at the end of the season, & that was the guy that played today.
