Currently if we lose one or more of Mané, Firmino and Salah for a long period of time we will never get near 100 points and therefore dont stand a chance in the league
I say good luck to the lad..he is now made for life. unfortunately I have this funny feeling his work ethic is doing to drop off a cliff for some reason. hope he proved us all wrong.
He’s earned it in Klopps opinion and Klopp doesn’t do sentimental. I had no problems with him whether coming on or starting, he gives his all and scores goals - fair play to him
Not from me there isn't. He is a great option from the bench; pace, direct, score important goals and is different to what the regular trio offer. Game changing substitution imo
Yes I realised after that I should have said I always think oh no. He doesn't fill me with confidence but he's earned a new contract. The Barcelona game will go down as one of our greatest ever and his goal and Trent's corner are the major talking point from that.

The Reds had a fantastic campaign as they finished second in the Premier League and ended up winning the Champions League, and talisman Salah showed you’re never too good to improve. While the King didn’t score more goals he still shared the league Golden Boot, although this isn’t about that.
Liverpool legend reveals the ‘problem’ with Jurgen Klopp’s Divock Origi contract decision LIVERPOOL legend Steve Nicol insists he does not agree with the decision to pen Divock Origi to a new long-term contract - because the Belgian is not a good enough stand-in for Roberto Firmino. https://www.express.co.uk/sport/foo...ock-Origi-contract-Steve-Nicol-Premier-League
He's not a player I rate but as far as back up goes he really, really wants to work hard and be part of the club so that will do for now.
I watch ESPN regularly and they're all into wumming anyway. He rarely goes in for a sensible discussion. I find it funny how journalists even think to use quotes from an ESPN 'chat show' that's 2 main hosts are Shaka Hislop and Steve Nichol Its certainly not Nicol just running his mouth, it's the journalists making a story out of nothing!
He is not good enough to be in our squad challenging for the title- What do you call last season then? Without his interventions, we probably end up with less than the 97 points we got to push City Football players need to play to get momentum so it is kind of unfair to expect him to be switched on when the opportunity to start hardly comes by. @Diego mentioned it the other day, when he said if we can get a striker to feed off TAA and Robbo, we'd be more dangerous. That player is Origi in our current set up.
i know what others are saying, yes he has got vital goals, but if we get a bad injury will he have same impact, playing now and again is fine. sturridge got important goals, so far it looks like brewster is his replacement. those 2 are hardly going to be good enough to challenge for honors if called on are they?
