I read on the weekend that Olsson and Fer were training with the club in an effort to improve fitness and to see if they have recovered from their injuries. If they can prove themselves then I’m open to them being given one year deals, we will hold the cards for a change contractually for a change.
Newish Chairman and new Manager so we start with a fresh outlook. It will be every players chance to prove themselves to Tommy and they should all start with a clean slate. Players tend to react to individual managers differently so i will wait and see how players perform for Tommy during pre-season before judging anyone.
https://www.skysports.com/football/...remier-league-players-released-in-summer-2019 list of released players, few wide players there would be of interest. I know it would probably be wages, but Adomah. Sako. Puncheon. I know older but all would do a job out wide for us.

20 million and he'll be gone , and the so called "massive " black hole in the finances will still be there , if only so one could think of something like parachute payment to tide Clubs over when they get relegated from the PL .
The Yanks will want to monetise their assets to ensure that they don’t need to inject any capital themselves, whilst at the same time obviating the need for any personal guarantees. Yet, the only way to get their money back and potentially make a buck, is promotion to the PL....
Stuart James please log in to view this image Jordan Ayew is set to join Crystal Palace from Swansea for about £2.5m (includes some add-ons) as soon as the Africa Cup of Nations is over. The deal isn’t signed off but it’s pretty much done. Ayew has a year left on his contract & Swansea need him (& others) off the wage bill. 5:36 pm · 6 Jul 2019 · Twitter for iPhone
Which what 's so frustrating , a bit of daring in the transfer market last year and we could have at least made the playoffs
How would you know - you don’t even attend matches If the squad had been kept largely intact until Christmas - Fabianski, Fernandez, Mesa, Ayew, Ki, Mawson.... even Clucas, then we would have had a stronger squad than anyone else. As it was, even with the kids, we could have reached the play-offs. You’ve demonstrated over the years that you know far less about football than the vast majority of posters on this site, so do us all a favour - keep quiet, look, listen and even you could learn......
If we had won all our games we would have been promoted before christmas.... Silly billy....Seething again taffy....Watch your blood pressure...
