On a serious note, if you want first team football you wouldn't move to a big club as realistically no youth player is going to get the opportunity for a run of games unless they get lucky through injuries or the team is hard up for cash and cant buy replacements. If they are smart they might have a plan of joining a big club and having a plan in place of how to progress but nowadays most players are going out on loan for their first team experience if they are at a large club.
