The club has also confirmed that Dylan Duncan, Charlie Freeman, Tom Glover, Connor Ogilvie and Jamie Reynolds have left the club (although Ogilvie's a no-brainer, given he was confirmed as a Gillingham player two weeks ago)

Add to that Japhet Tanganga has joined Jack Roles in signing a new contract​

What's interesting is the following players who are out of contract haven't been mentioned yet
Fernando Llorente
George Marsh
Brandon Austin
Shayon Harrison
Jonathan De Bie

I think it's safe to assume Harrison will be off, but the lack of anything concrete about the others means there's probably some contract talks going on

The premier league website listed Llorente on the departures, then later removed his name.

Just thought I’d follow up on this.

Every transfer window I get sucked in. I know, I should learn, right?

However, I thought i’d keep an eye on this account because, why not? “Transfer fact and fiction” after all.

There’s been some bold statements from this person, which you’d normally take with a massive pinch of salt (even me).

However, within these bold claims, they stated that there was not only a deal in the works for Kion Etete, but that it was sealed, long before any other media outlet starting reporting it. - as fast back as Wednesday last week. And it’s now been confirmed by Notts County.

This same person is also claiming that N’Dombele and Lo Celso are done deals, with announcements in due course.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, as we should never trust twitter ITK’s, but some of their info has already come to fruition. And in fairness, it isn’t vague cryptic nonsense like those muppets on SC.

Might be worth keeping an eye on this. They’re now saying that they’ve got to make a new account because they’ve been caught giving info away on this one.

In terms of Etete, I was saying we'd signed him last week - not because I'm some sort of insider, but because he was part of our squad for the U18 tournament we took part in at the weekend

Coincidentally, I suggested we'd given Roles a new contract as he was named in the squad, and that came to fruition too

The Kion Etete deal had been in the pipeline for a while mate because he’d played for our youths once or twice. Similar to when we signed Shilow Tracey IIRC, he played for them too before Ebbsfleet announced he’d left.

If there’s one thing I have learned, it’s that anyone that actually calls them self ITK, isn’t ITK.

Ndombele seems like a fight between us and Utd. Hopefully the immediate lure of CL footy can be the difference maker.

Ahh l didn’t realise he has been with us for some time.

The jury’s still out on this account, for sure. I’m under no illusion!

Ndombele chatter is saying that Spurs have bid 50m.

I can believe that as the basic fee (with <standard> Levy
"performance" clauses added on to meet the Lyon desired price) .

Assuming the player is willing to come, it could come down to things
like payment terms (how much upfront etc) .

They failed to explain what would cover the other £19.75m shortfall...
