Nothing is ever straight forward when i have time

I had planned for a simple sirloin steak, chips and veg.

Now i've chopped up the steak, chopped up a gammon steak, fried them with onions, mush, and sliced pepperrs, hoyed in a load of sweet chill sauce.

chips have been cooked twice alreadyl

that#s about it. smells lovely thougj

Reading that reminded me of my many times in the States - the Skillet breakfasts. There are various examples of it, but generally it contained meat, potatoes, onions and sweet peppers, topped with fried eggs...

So it's a dry curry, with no meat.

Some may like it mate, me personally, i'd put in on the ground loaded with alka seltzers and hopefully the seagulls would take it, not saying they would mind.

I've done a gammon fried rice, this one has actually turned out as a fried rice and not a risotto, i used 4 eggs, a gammon steak, onions, mushrooms and sliced peppers. Garlic granules, loads of black pepper, soy sauce and a bit of thai sweet chill.

Then i've took a chicken leg, and tried to de bone it, as i prefer the leg meat. Marinated it garlic, soy and pepper. And cooked it in butter

Looks half decent so far, and smells canny.

Just gotta finish it of later.

So, who eats the potatoes skin from a jacket potatoe?
Me, I think it's the best bit especially if crispy.

That’s the whole point of having one. Trick is to make sure there is a bit of ahead and coleslaw to enjoy with it.

  16. I thought it looked good. When I go for an Indian I invariably have a vegetarian dish - some of them are excellent.
