As much as it's more than a bit unfair, poaching prospects for £300,000 is a fantastic use of resources.

Clubs should not be allowed to sign any player from another club’s academy before they’ve even turned full professional, unless unwanted by the parent club.
I understand Birmingham have financial difficulties but I believe this rule should be created.
