    I’d eat that.

Quite like brown rice. Prefer it to normal rice.

Never put coriander in a chilli. Or anything to be honest. Vile tasting stuff.

I'm trying to make a stir-fry. Apparently you don't fry noodles. I thought you would just fry everything hence it being a 'stir fry'

First noodles went in the bin, they just stay hard when you try to fry them. I've put the next ones in boiling water. Pictures to follow.

Boil the noodles, drain all the water, then add to stir fry.

Now you may laugh but this is my proud moment. I got there at the second attempt.

I put the beef in the slow cooker and then fried it with noodles, red onion, leek, mushroom, green beans and baby corn and soy sauce.

not bad for a first attempt why did you put the beef in a slow cooker then stir fry?

seems a wasted load of time/

I've heard the phrase 'frying off' before. So I just thought I would just chuck it in the frying pan with everything else. Is it a proper stir fry if you don't fry anything?

    It was nice

My method is. Heat some oil, throw in some eggs, who can whisk them them first, but i never do. I whisk them in the wok.

Let the eggs go a bit, break them up, add the garlic (i often skip this bit as it kills me) onions, mushrooms etc,. fry it at a high heat heat, with your soy sauce,

Add your meat, you chose beef, just slice it and hoy it in.

Fry it of, don't take long, a minute or 2.

Add a sauce, i usually go for a hoisin or chowmein.. Cook it a little bit.

Throw in the noodles bit by bit, keep stirring.

Then it's done, from start to finish, 10 minutes. the prep takes longer

That first line. Why do eggs come into a stir fry? That sounds rank.

Any tips on protecting my eyes when I cut onion?

Use a very sharp knife, you'll release less enzymes or get someone else to cut them.
