Ridiculous booking for Walker.
Not a foul and then cautioned for a relatively small protest.

Dire defending on the set-piece, too.
Lucky not to concede, there.

O'Hara fouls Parker and objects to the awarding of the free-kick.
Not booked.

Consistency please, Walton.

O'Hara dawdles on the ball, then slips and Defoe nicks it and has a half-decent shot.
Palmed round the post.

Poor corner.
As usual.

A nice passing move out from the back ends with Adebayor putting Bale through on goal, if slightly wide, beating the offside trap.
The Welshman checks back, killing the move's momentum, before checking back again and striking into the side netting with his left.

Overall an ok performance.
We've lacked a cutting edge, looked a little dodgy on set-pieces and played some nice stuff at times.
Plus ca change...

Liverpool losing? Surely not, I thought they were nailed on for 4th spot and would easily beat sides like Stoke?

It's such a shame that I am banned from their board, because I would be straight on there to offer my sincere condolences, and encourage the Scousers not to worry, and to count their blessings that they are not 3-0 down <ok>

Harry has got to swap things around at half-time. That was very unconvincing.

It was ok, but Bale was wasted on the right.
We put together some nice moves, but most of the team just look a little out of sorts.
It's like a pre-season game or something.

Ward dives pathetically, with the ball long gone.
Should go in the book for that.
