Go to bed Fosse, you're rambling ****. Even the younger lads on here have made a better case than you are now.
... and that would count for what with me? ... I know this ... I completely understand why the relatives of those unarmed civilians would continue pushing for enquiries ... if this new one gives them closure, either way, fair enough for me
No mate ... I'm close to 60 ... lived through 'the troubles' yet was completely oblivious to it all...
This conversation is way above you Fosse. You havn't even given one ounce of reason as to why it should go ahead. All you scream is is Justice. Without knowing **** all about this case. You've made yourself look a dick. Come back when you have something apart from screaming Justice, and that is all.
So if the enquiry comes to the same conclusion as all the others you will be happy? Or will you wait for the next one.
You.ve been bleating away for over a hour, and yet not one shred of a counter argument to prove anything. It's been akk about you, but yet with nothing to back it up
It is a bit of a mockery tbh. I thought the GFA included an amnesty for all participants; if there is, it should include British soldiers. **** knows what anyone has to gain from dragging this up. That soldier is an old man, what happened in Derry in 1970 should be between him and his conscience.
I don't need to prove anything you doughnut ... it's not me undertaking an enquiry My view: Unarmed civilians can never be legitimate targets ... but accidental deaths can happen Should time, costs or the wearing of a particular uniform ever be acceptable reasons for not establishing culpability? ... absolutely not ... my view.... and I'm entitled to it. Now as I said at the outset ... IF ... if a crime was committed under applicable law it should be answered for .... and that is all.
