I never buy frozen sausages, always fresh and always check the meat content, none of that cheap meat, gristle shhite.
I like the 'Heck' pork sausages that Morrison's do, 97% pork shoulder and gluten free. About £3+ for a pack of six.
Frozen ones suck. I buy very little frozen food. Actually that's a lie, ive got loads of Indian curries, **** knows why, i hardly eat them I prefer to try random ****/ Like the other night i found oit, take a tin of spaghetti rings with sausages, which are really ****,, hoy i n a load of worcester sauce, and and a big dollop of colemans. It's actually edible. Food is about taste, and trying stuff.
I never buy frozen meat content of any kind. I will buy the occasional frozen fish for when i 'm being lazy, such as in batter, but tbph fresh fish is just as quick to cook in a pre-prepared home made Mediterranean dish. Tops cooking time 30 minutes, most frozen stuff takes that long. I reckon i could cook a decent healthy meal in a lot quicker time than all that hoying stuff, that's if you like fish!
I discovered the perils of my fryer today.Cleaning the ****er. 3lts of oil man. Mind ive already done my chips twice so far tonight in new oil. I;m ready to rock.
Not into deep fat frying much but I've yet to find chips that taste remotely decent when oven cooked and yet I continue to do it.
