Qatar beat South Korea somehow and UAE finally put Australia out of their misery. Those two will meet in one SF (they get on really well so I'm sure that will go fine) and Japan v Iran in the other one.

Yep, agreed. Its more about our build up and prep than skys. Under the radar is fine.

 

Just checked and they've not got us either so United away stays normal which I was hoping for.

Significantly more that that now. Something like £1.2m per match...one televised match = about four months of Charlie Austin's wages.

 

Isn’t there some kind of base payment of like 8 or 10 games that you get paid as default even if you’re not televised that often? So it only goes up for additional games above that number? Does anyone remember?

 

Base of £12.3m, so the equivalent of ten televised games. Then £1.2m for each additional.

Relative to league position, we were the most over-exposed team in the PL last year: 17th in the standings, 10th-most TV games (by a solid margin over 11th).
