Genuinely never heard of that.

Squeezy cheese essentially?

No. It’s not like primula or dairylea.

It’s meant to be a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack I think in liquid form. It’s actually quite nice. Found it once in the American section at Tesco where you can get liquid smoke.

I agree, it just works.

Yeah, me too. There's something right about it.

Went out last night. As in, out out.

The only the place that stays open after eleven mid week here is the fancy gin bar. So, we caned that place till one am at fifty quid a round. Damson Gin, bloody lovey.

Sore head though.

The place we're going to for Mrs luvs birthday is a gin place looking forward to trying a few.

Ah, right.

Thought it might be same place as your lad is at one of the Bath college's.

I've heard of the Potted Pig, never been. Funnily enough, had a conversation/argument last night about Cardiff.

Fact is, it's ****ing ****e.

Ok, it's had a new shopping section but look outside of that the place is ****ing desolate. It has absolutely zero decent restaurants for instance.

Although the Potted Pig is meant to be ok.

Good for rugby international days (its main USP), that's about it. I've lived in S Wales for 20+ years and a lot of mates went to Cardiff Uni and, to this day, I don't see why people think it's anything other than a bog standard city.

Given the choice, I'd stay on the train and go down to Bristol instead any day.

I agree and don't go often, I find it's only any good if you plan to go somewhere specific. I would never go and just wander around to pubs because like you say it's **** and full of ****ers.

Pour the batter into a really hot oil and don't open the door until they are done.

Take the hot beef dripping out of the oven and place onto your gas grills, over the 2 fronts set to low, wait for the fat to smoke then pour in the batter and then straight back into the oven.. As a highlight, add some finely diced onion to the batter and maybe sprinkle a little mint herb if you are having Lamb..<ok>
