Recipes vary but a basic chicken balti would be: Put a balti on the gas Add a chefs spoon of seasoned oil in it (seasoned oil is basically used oil from say onion bhaji cooking) Add diced onion, a chef spoons of 1 part Tom puree and 4 parts water pre made. Add spices, usually a mixed spice mix. Fry for a few seconds and add a little of the gravy to stop the spices burning Add the precooked chicken pieces and fry it up to take on the flavours. Put a huge scoop of the gravy in and let it heat through and thicken a little Sprinkle on coriander and done For korma add cream and less gravy For dupaiza add fried onions For Rogan Josh add fried onions tomatoes and green peppers Etc

Gonna go for mash.. Mash with crispy bacon and fried onions..Lincolnshire (obviously) sausages... A side of fried mushrooms and onion rings, and gravy of course... No fryer tonight wtf.
Didn’t get the cheese blend quite right. Too much mozzarella and too much cheddar not enough processed slices. Still tasted good mind.
