Will Keane has served notice to his landlord that he will be vacating on the 4th Jan. He's moving away.
George Long is moving in.

Burnsy reporting that he’s been told Jarrod Bowen is NOT for sale.

I see Tymon wasn't even in the matchday squad for Stoke and Clucas was on the bench in their 0-2 home defeat to Bristol City. I wonder if Tymon rues the day he left, financially in the short term probably no, but in the long run who will turn out the most financially successful Bowen, Batty or him?
Excellent post john.

Thinking about the Bowen to spurs rumour, I'd be happy with a deal that includes him being loaned to us for the rest of the season. Aids his development and giv3s Adkins funds to strengthen.

Interesting point.

He's only 19 or 20 isn't he? Plenty of time, but given the obvious down-turn since he left, it's hard to imagine he'll pick up again there.

I think we got a great deal from his sale as his next move is likely to be a free transfer.

I'm not sure what he's got upstairs as I don't know him, but unless he's 100% short-term money motivated, the wheels must turn to 'what-if?'

On a human level, I wish him no ill, but I hope we never re-sign him.

We never offered him a pro contract remember. So there isn't really a what if. He could have stayed here on academy terms but no one who's played the amount of first team football he had is going to risk that when they could get injured at any time, nor should they.

We definitely got a good deal because thanks to the compensation system we got a fee for a player who wasn't under contract. If we'd signed him up he might have gone for a bigger fee eventually but who knows.

It was widely reported that he'd been offered pro-terms by us.
