If we're going to lose today, fine. I'll have to accept away at a good side with ££££ is a bloody hard ask with good players.

We DO however, if that's the case, need rivals to also lose.

Lets see where we're at come 5pm. Bloody pathetic.

Several good chances. Only encouraging thing is we havent dropped heads.

Just a goal before half time please...pref ours, and could see a different 2nd half.

F F S 2-0.

That's surely that for this afternoon.........

Rivals - please ALL lose. Thank you in advance.

We were, to my mind, in our own mini league before a ball was kicked.

This season was always going to be a struggle.

Us / Rotherham / Hull / Bolton + Reading

3/5 will go down - all absolutely miles behind everyone else in this division.

Jackson misses 3 good chances and we are 2 down, get Murphy back he can't do any worse and he can't get a game at Forest.

Letting Murphy go was certainly a turning point for the club.

Kieffer Moore’s scored again, 6 goals in 6 matches. All this talent we let go of for nothing.

Moore was a problem one - due to the three club rule - if we played him a single minute pre him joining Barnsley he would have gone for £0. He was desperate to leave ( annoyingly ) so that was that.

Murphy going late 16/17 before a ball was kicked absolutely ruined that season in a single moment.

Agree - massive turning point.

Second halves around the grounds seem to be going better than first halves.

This is going to be a very, very long season if this is what we’re reduced to.

Well there we go, another match we were destined to lose. At least its good to hear that all players are working hard, and we should have put away at least 2 efforts.
Basically, different level, different skills, and 8 points adrift. Feel sorry for Lambert.

Doesn't look good.

If only we could win a game and go on a run....Tough time to be a Townie.

Cheerio all.

Well, it was as I said and feared, a routine 2-0 defeat with Grabban grabbing the goals. Couple of results didn’t go our way, and Millwall have a game in hand. Running out of games and time to keep ourselves within touching distance for the January window. I just can’t see where the next win is going to come from. Wigan at home after the Stoke away match? Four points from those six would be helpful.

Hull play Millwall next week so that will be some guaranteed points for our relegation rivals.

We are not going to get ourselves out of this, I would appreciate at least some recognition of how tough we need to fight if we are to have any chance. But really I would like us to send all the loanees back and start building a side for League One next season.

Yes, building our own team.. I know that would be a controversial and revolutionary direction for us.

Morning guys.
This from Dan O'Hagan, football commentator and Wolves (and NCFC) fan.

Catching up on the @EFL action from the weekend. Really feel [HASHTAG]#ITFC[/HASHTAG] are getting close to the point of no return thanks to Evans neglect. Imperative to stick with Lambert and let him build a team to storm League One. He’s done that before, rather well...

p.s. Grabban was never that prolific for us!! <steam>
