Nottingham Forest Preview

Okay I just have so little to say with any preview about now. Quick summary.

* Forest have lost 2 all season. Like a draw.
* We've won just 1.
* Forest have Mendes / good players vs us.

I can only see a home win - heck - I've backed Forest to win the league / e.w.

5-5 for them last night, I think we may net a consolation but think a routine 3-1 home win.

Thoughts?

 

This is all set up nicely for a first Town win under Lambert. 2-1 Ipswich

 

Joe Lolley to tear us a new one and Grabban to inevitably score.

A spirited and once again frustrating 3-2 defeat.

 

Another defeat as we fall further adrift from safety.

 

The last time we beat Forest away ... 1999! So a routine 2-0 Forest win then. I know they shipped five mid-week, but they've got a strong defensive record and Grabban has a good scoring record at this level over the last couple of years. Gods it's horrible being a Town fan this year.

Apparently this game is not happening now, as Paul Lambert says there has been a breakaway league consisting of the bottom 7 or 8 teams formed overnight and if we finish 4th we get in the Inter Toto Cup, or something.

 

As Alan Partridge said to Michael, WHAT? that was just a noise....

Everything points to a very comfortable 2/3 nil home win.....
But it won't ..the gods will shine on us today, with chambers, on his 300th appearance for us grabbing a fairy tale 89th minute winner 1-2 Pennington the other

The same back 4??? The 1st sign of madness is doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different outcome. Spence must be the luckiest footballer in the country - unless he has dirt on everyone in the club. Anyway, come on you blues. Surprise me with 3 points

 

I think Edwards is half the issue with Spence - has the positional sense of Kevin Bru. Bloody all over the shop from a defensive standpoint. Not that I rate Spence, but hard when Edwards has zero clue how to defend infront of him.

Poor Bart, whats up with him? Dear oh dear, massive loss of confidence!

Such a good start too! I see us shipping badly now. Our star keeper turned octopussy this season.

Don’t have a massive amount of sympathy for him given his comments. Those is glass houses and all that.

 

Other results not good, 9pts adrift presently.

But, football is a marvellous game, anything can happen.
