You gotta have variety of textures to suit everyone. 3 minimums for me.

Brie's a must-be. You also need a really good blue. I love Danish Blue but Roquefort's the bollocks as well. The last must have is a smoked cheese, don't mind if its a hard cheese or soft spreadable.

After that anything goes for me but they've gotta be strong flavoured!

Dolcelatte is a good strong blue cheese

Most of the supermarkets over there have a massive section dedicated to the stuff.

For my wedding the caterer went straight to a farm to get mine. Was a black pig was truly exceptional.

Gonna miss Spain next year.

And France. Although I'm still going there in Feb.

How come you’re not doing it? Remember you saying you were staying over here. Just can’t remember why. Whole point of having a bus is to venture abroad as much as possible.

Staying in Blighty and having the bathrooms done!!

It'll probably piss down all next summer.

Still going off on a few travels here and there.

I like pretty much any cheese, double gloucester is probably my favourite sandwich cheese, really creamy flavour. Mexican chilli cheese is pretty ****ing good too. Gonna look out for that Blacksticks blue, see if it's all you say it is.

It’s well worth it. Easily my favourite cheese.
