Owned one pair of troop trainers and a pair of spx. They were the bollocks wearing them down the youth centre with ya skateboard.
Must be different up here as I’ve never seen anyone wearing them. All the chavs wear either normal / classic air max and now those white foam soled things either Adidas or Nike. Under armour too they all look exactly the same.
Loved my spx. I lost them in the river as I used to be a member of the rowing club. I changed out of them to some other trainers and popped my spx in the boat.. I then proceeded to capsize my boat in the middle of November and the river was very high with really strong currents. By the time I swam and dragged my boat to the side of the river they had gone.
I very nearly bought a pair of lovely yellowy brown brogue Chelsea boots the other week. But decided I’d probably never wear them. I’ve got nearly as much footwear as my mrs. I must have over ten pairs of trainers in various states of decay. Three pairs of smart casual boots and desert boots and 5 pairs of brogue type shoes for work.
