Current position highlights the fact we need the take over soon if it's going to happen, I know we wouldn't be able to bring players in til January but new owners alone would give the all atmosphere a big lift and hopefully keep us within touch of the other bottom sides going into the transfer window. If not and this take over goes ---- up then it's looking likely were doomed. I really don't like the fact that the Allams couldn't give a toss about our league position yet for many of us it's depressing. I've got the point were i just accept and expect defeat.

The price should go down 500k for every point we drop. That'll get the pair of twats negotiating
The assets are relatively limited. The sell on for Harry is not guaranteed and I don’t know about all the outstanding stage payments for Clucas, Robbo, Harry, Jake, but I suspect a large amount was upfront. Current player assets are only really Bowen. The Allams want to sell and current total operating costs are loss making therefore there will no doubt be a compromise agreement.
I understood it to be the final imstallment on this seasons parachute payment was being paid in January, this being 20m not 38m. We had the rest earlier in the summer. So that affects the sums for everyone.
It’s not even that much, it’s about £12m (two thirds in the summer and one third in Jan).

£38m is much higher than reality as pointed out
I dont see the old gang (tanman) being brought back
Quite easy job for PD during first month of takeover including; name change/badge, confirmation concessions being brought back, communication with fans etc
I wouldnt offer free tickets for the opening home game under PD. I will happily pay a fair price for my tickets and it should still be a near sell out. Dont want Ehab thinking the fans have only turned out cos it's free!
Assess Nigel's position well before December if possible and replace if necessary
First job in Jan should be to get all loan slots filled! (criminal they haven't been). This should help us move up the league (alongside a couple of permanents) and the sale of the Pole.
Can't wait to feel good about the club again.

Only think about that I even slightly disagree with is selling Sicki. I’d be happy to do that, but only if we’ve brought someone creative in before we sell him. Otherwise he has to stay, despite his faults
You can only sell something if someone wants to buy it. Grosiki has openly touted himself for the last 3 or 4 transfer windows and he's still with us.
Yes yes I know the most recent one was him going to some Turkish outfit that fell through in unusual circumstances.
Agree with most of that, but keep Grosicki - we need someone like him that can do something special. And to be fair, he looks well up for it ..... when he's given the chance.
