By the way... Did you know that the original definition of penthouse was an "outhouse" built next to the main house sharing the same roof.

Mexico is kind of old fashioned, so uses old fashioned terminology. She's putting you up in an outhouse.

It looks ****ing beautiful. Look at the ****ing bedrooms and read the reviews <ok>
There is a small private hotel among the ocean side with exit tropical nature, interesting artwork, smooth and relaxing atmesphere, fresh ocean breez and toped with caring service. This hotel has vivid colored walls, clean open spaces and quiet comfortable areas in the garden to enjoy with a pleasent read, maybe a tasteful meal, chat with a friend or just share a tender moment with a person you care for. Come seek the tranquility we offer at Villa Mozart y Macondo a small slice of what you need.

Just look at that grammar - you'll be FFSing your way through the holiday.

<laugh> Yes I spotted that. I din't think the owners are Mexican. Their reviews say "we were greeted by Ivanna". I don't think grammar will be bothering me when I'm there. It does look and sound lovely, though. Apparently they all are where we're staying <ok>

Penthouse suite. Per Oxford dictionary:

penthouse

NOUN

2 An outhouse or shelter with a sloping roof, built on to the side of a building.

As I said.. your bed is in the ****ter.

The food is ****ing fantastic, apparently. Especially in Oaxaca City <ok>

Oh it is fantastic... I love Mexican food... but it will also cause digestive distress and is famous for making you gassy. Don't eat anything uncooked or drink tap water... Or eat anything rinsed in tapwater. Carling is safer to drink than water there .

They literally use human feces to fertilize the fields in some places so don't eat your greens whilst there. <laugh>

But all warnings aside, Mexico has an amazing culinary tradition. Stereotypically you don't think of seafood when you think Mexican... But they do have fantastic seafood. I loved the seafood there.

spoke to my youngest last night. All sleeping and travel arrangements have been made. £240 for the lot.

One night in Mexico City. Travel to Oaxaca City next da0Y. 3 nights there then travel to Puerto Escondido for 3 nights in a villa. Travel to Mazunte. 3 nights there. Travel to 0T San Jose del Pacifico for two nights and the mushrooms. Back to Oaxaca City for one night then back to Mexico City for the flight home. Not bad for £240 and spends <ok>
Mexico City is a ****hole. You’ll fit right in no problem. <ok>
