Im not too concerned about Love being out but Sinclair looked really sharp when he came on and the only reason he disnt start was because he was short of match fitness. This will push him back even further.
Does anybody know if theres an international break coming up?

Sinclair did look useful, so that's a real pain. Hopefully Dunc will be back soon and we can get another striker in in the meantime...

Dunc wont be back till October at least.

We still have Nelson who is a decent prospect. Hopefully Wyke isnt too far away but his lack of action pre season is a concern.

Worrying, but not disastrously so. The attacking play was a definite plus on Saturday and we don't seem to depend on any one player.

Not sure we'll get international breaks - don't the 2 lower divisions play when there's an international break or does it depend on how many internationals you have?

We can tell Oviado he's not for sale now. That would be a big deal to keep hold of him. Looks like we need a striker too.
He's a class way above this division - If it's not a massive drain on resource then we should be keeping him - he looked very good on Saturday ( a little too good sometimes playing the perfect ball that some of our players didn't read!)

It depends on how many are missing in your squad. Im not actually sure if well qualify anymore.

Am I right in thinking that whilst the transfer window shuts tomorrow we, being an EFL team, can still do loans until the end of August?
If that's the case maybe there will still be some talks on going with the likes of lower Prem sides for some of their younger fringe players

Yes thats right.

Yes the loan system could well work to our advantage, should be plenty of options for a short term loan if required. I would not mind seeing Ozturk? pushed upfront, he's a big enough target to hit, and would not be missed too much at the back on what we have seen so far. <laugh>
