    Luque didnt have a honeymoon so that he could get into the newcastle first team squad... before fat sam ignored him. Whats the point in editing his wiki page. a little sad I feel.

    to be honest i think we should avoid signing anyone from deportivo if past signings are anything to go by

    as for Luque i think i'd rather have the coke fuelled Mutu till the end of the season

    You know what..

    I wouldn't mind him back, if he's on sensible wages, on a contract until the end of the season... he's also on the free..

    If he's no good, then get him out in the summer and if he SOMEHOW.. manages to be a hero then get him snapped on a 1 year contract.

    Go for it, I say.. doubt it'll happen...

    We need someone in.. Ranger is too inexperienced and looked average yesterday, Lover isn't good enough for me, although maybe with a run of games he might come decent & Best is inconsistent.

    Sibierski always gave his best and kept going for 90 mins. He might not have had a lot of class but his heart was in the right place and he gave his all, a lot more than some of our players do.

    I'd sign Luque. He has technical ability while the other 3 fit strikers do not.

    a FREE player is free, well within Cashley price range, prob would want low wages and like Sanchino said, if he's any good sign him on a 1 year deal.

    We need experience and a striker, Luque COULD provide this.
