A famous old stadium the Stadio Olympico. Built by Mussolini, always thought Italy won the World Cup there in 1934 but that final was at the Stadio Nazionale PNF in Rome that became the Stadio Flaminio. The ground opened in 1937 and Fascist Italy won the 1938 World Cup away in Paris. AS Roma have approval for a new stadium. Are Lazio staying put in the iconic old ground?

They’ve been looking at a new stadium for years. I think every Serie A club either presently is or recently has been, save for those that have built them - Juve and Udinese.

If recent history is to be based on anything - Reports suggest there has been skirmishes & running battles inside the Coliseum.
