How are you going to get in a new DOF, possibly a new head scout, and a new manager all in a single summer? How long will that take and in the meantime who is deciding on transfer targets?
If EFC were going to sack Fat Sam they would have "announced" it by now to help sell season tickets

i dont get the issue. pay him off... he goes.on hols. waits for next desperate club in November and swans in and has Everton pay and whoever it is that employs him paying too.
