Feck me phone an ambulance, surely thats not normal?

PS unless you are a woman, they have strange shyting routines so in that case you are probably ok, you just need to have three shredded wheat with a load of real sugar on for supper.

PPS this is not medical advice and i take no responsibility for any unusual outcomes.

My mrs (nm) ****s once every 7-10 days [HASHTAG]#weirdcunt[/HASHTAG]

Oh hark at you, what do you do that you need it?

I don't need it. We have a tenant that works with a lot of people with autism so they have to do it. They offered it to me (and two others) for free & was allowed to do it during work time so why not? Really enjoyed doing it tbh

Random reason, it has changed a lot since my times but the principles are still pretty good when it comes to working out behaviour.

Drinking coffee and not hydrating will slow down the chute.

Fruit daily will do the job alright

Coffee does hydrate. It's an old wives tale that it doesn't. Nutritionally coffee hydrates very similarly to the same amount of water. The only difference is that because coffee is hotter people frequently drink it slower.

I'm one of the lucky ones. I always poop almost immediately after my first cup in the morning.

caffeine causes you to piss more, water spends less time in the body, caffeine a diuretic.
It also increases your heart rate which causes the body to use more water up.

It's only a "myth" that you can't add it to your water intake, you can, but.. it's not only about intake though is it. ;) You can drink 4 liters of water, and if you sweat out 4 liters.. you're ****ed.

Same for drinking and pissing. For example, water retention is gradually increased, if you suddenly up your water intake, you piss out most of that extra intake initially, but if you keep up the same higher intake of water, your body absorbs more as it adjusts.

the claim you can just add the water in coffee to your daily intake (as opposed to just water) is anti science bollocks, you can only add some of the water to your intake.

If you only drank coffee, your blood pressure will drop and your blood becomes somewhat thicker.. unless you drink 15 cups a day.. then you'll get enough water.. but suffer other issues

its clearly a coffee propaganda fake news attack.

i find the whole "science" of coffee, wine and several other products faintly ridiculous that people ascribe such life saving and extending properties to their favourite products.

btw.... lemon water it cures cancer and makes you live forever.... apparently

looking at that picture.... sounds like a mythbusters episode to me.
you **** after yourfirst cup of joe.

oh guess what yoy get up stagger about drink black slime and due to 8 hours in bed you go for a ****.

my favorite was dealing with this yank on the phone who would blame not enough coffee.... every day the same. if the **** ever did any preparation for meetings ever or actually worked on anything he was supposed to after this morning fix then ok but no....

coffee doesnt act like a laxative and no it doesnt turn laxy useless americans into world beaters.

Lemon peal, dried and powdered is actually useful.. not for curing cancer though, but it's far more useful than the innards.

Coffee is not a laxative, you are 100% correct. If Milk was not eating fruit every day, and not hydrating and not moving around, his regularity would cease.

What we do know, is the effects of Caffeine on the body and it does cause dehydration if you don't balance it with water intake. Saying "coffee" is a misnomer
