YPI has converted into flats, Valbon is going to be flats as well as Central Police Station, it could be quite a good 'local'

 

Didn't know YPI had converted to flats!!

When you put it like that, plus bond st if it takes off.

Was it Peters or Peter's. Might have belonged to Mary's brother.

 

They used two different places but both were at the top end near Tigers Lair / Regent cinema.

 

Just read that there is an application to demolish The George pub on the corner of Walton St/Spring Bank West and re-develope the space, hope that they do the same to that eyesore called The Eagle on Anlaby Rd/Coltman St corner.

 

That place is always opening and closing. Begs the question how a pub so close to the ground can’t stay open.
