Loved seeing Virgil barking orders and getting frustrated with some players. We’ve missed that! Should definitely be captain for next season.

Definitely hope we replace Coutinho in the summer, we’d be stupid not to. Keita will be good box to box but we need creativity, no one in our midfield currently offers that.

Yep, I really wanted him to rub it in if he'd scored, the fans didn't dear respect. However, I suspect he wouldn't have celebrated

    The basics are vital.

I know saints were offside but he just let that ball over him without even trying yo get back etc.

    The yellow was stupid.

Spurs won both Utd and arsenal games so.. well... we will see. Chelsea are now the also rans so if they drop point then our requirement will drop.

From here 22 points out off 33 would be 76 so yes it should be enough but Chelsea can reach 86 still so dropping 11 points ourselves is a lot u til they do.

Which is why next 2 games are winnable and our rivals cannot all gain maximum points.

Utd v Chelsea and arsenal v city

    Then

    City v Chelsea

We play West ham and Newcastle... both at home.

Win those and Chelsea get a big fat zero and that's job just about done

I did say not banned feckers lol .... I love you all coming here. (And I kinda meant United feckers etc)

You're Saints aren't you? It's all fecking tight bottom ten. I mean ...one win for Newcastle and they jump from 18th to 13th and land you lot down there. I'd have thought you guys have more than enough to be no where near that end of year.. .

I only managed to catch the second half so missed the goals, but in the second half the reserves looked rather toothless and the first team made some great set ups... Some good passing down the flanks but we seemed to just collapse in the center of the field.

Perhaps it was because there was no urgency because we were 2 nill up and not being threatneth. Our shooting looked rather woeful. Wijnaldum and Can looked uninterested but it was all enough to keep the game at that scoreline.

Our fullbacks had good games and our front three looked lively if not clinical.

I thought the full backs were quite poor today. Soton were able to get up the flanks and deliver a lot of crosses. Robbo was at fault for a couple of big chances as well.

Trent is incredibly raw but this kid is talented. I hope he is moved into midfield sooner rather than later. He’s got a wand of a right foot.

let him be a world class rb not a journeyman cm imo.

if he develops over the next 12 months like I think he can and klopp buys another cm we won't even think of this move ever.

He'll improve at full back and will be our main man there, Gomez will be cover at CB and full back, I'd like to think he can stay in there with VVD but one step at a time.
