Thought Fryatt and McLean were very good last night and McLean had his best game so far, He worked tirelessly and really should have scored. The two of them are really starting to gell together.
Gerrard was the best larker on the pitch by a country mile last night. Mclean wants sacking off to the reserves for that miss in the first 40 seconds. 1.3 million and he can not score from 3 yards out unmarked.
Not to my knowledge. Mclean missed the sitter from 3 yards out after 33 seconds. Fryatt had two headers cleared off the line in the second half. His all round game last night was great! I didnt think there was much between Gerrard and Chester last night. They were both immense. Chester looks like a real bargain. Good to be able to argue over the man of the match for once though rather than struggling to think of one!!

Could of been one of many. Only Mclean's miss would take MOM off him. But when you look at the rest of his performance it was immense. He was out jumping all around him. His battling reminded me of Tevez. Never let Leeds rest. His pass to Fryatt,Ist goal was superb. There is a player in there for sure. Hope he gets the Goal monkey off his back asap.
MoM for me was the whole team, it was a great team performance. I would be hard pushed to single anyone out but that might have been different had Nick Barmby had more time.
I think Mclean is turning out to be a player we desperately needed, I can't believe how well he jumps and is almost the big man upfront who we needed to hold it up but has pace and passing ability. Crying shame his finishing is a tad suspect but all good things come to those that wait.
