I never admitted that.
We picked a team to win a game that we should have drawn but for a gk error.
Eight of the team that played away started the home game.
Injuries and fitness all played a part in the month of August. Just ****ing tarts like you can't or won't see that.
We got what we deserved in Belgium, we were ****ing terrible. It was good fortune that we came away with just a one goal deficit.
You said 10 of the cup final team played away at Lokeren as if to confirm that means it was a strong team. You then admitted only a fraction of them started. That means it was a weaker team.

This is a bizarre debate, we quite obviously played a weakened team away at Lokeren and pretty much everyone was pissed off about it at the time.
Agreed. In most discussions even if you disagree you can at least understand where the other person is coming from but this just makes zero sense. I’m annoyed at myself for even getting sucked in to be honest.
was a bloody awful game that and no one looked arsed about it. Was still nice to see city in a European away game though. Why couldn't bruce have taken that competition seriously 
3 of the subs who came on at lockeren were in the final squad and three of the subs who came on in the final were in the lockers squad - only 4 of the final squad started at lockeren - chaz knows that but he's acting like a **** because he didn't want to admit that Brucie ****ed up Europe
